Wilkins Coffee & Unseelie Chocolates - A coffee company with a chocolate problem.
At Wilkins Coffee & Unseelie Chocolates, we combine coffee and chocolate in a variety of weird and delicious forms! Everything is handcrafted, organic, vegan, and made with as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible. We're always inventing new products to share, but our current line-up includes: goblin grenades (like hot cocoa bombs, but with coffee and made with chocolate milled in Oregon to our specifications), bonbons in themed sample packs (coffee-chocolate ganache in flavors like "incendiary" and "moonlight", encased in a tempered chocolate shell and finished in either luster dust or hand-painted colored cocoa butter), "Cacao Kapow!" (nitro-infused cold-brew coffee with cacao husk and chai tea), and manic pixie dream tarts (miniature tarts with decadent flavor profiles). Coming soon...chocolate dragon eggs with a baby dragon curled up inside!
All of our products are made by myself (Megan) and my partner, Manny. We recently changed our chocolate from a Callebaut NXT couverture to an Oregon-produced craft chocolate. It is refined to our specifications by Joseph at Vadnay Chocolates in McMinnville, made from organic cacao beans that we source through Meridian Cacao (in Portland), from a bird reserve in the Dominican Republic (the cacao bean sales fund the reserve and conservation efforts).
As a business, we are committed to nurturing and enriching the local creator community and will continue to seek opportunities to create partnerships with other Oregon food producers.
