What started as a pandemic backpack sewing project in a friend’s garage has turned into a bag sewing business. I have sewn all my life, but the past few years have been next level. Learning about waxed canvas, working with bag hardware, rivets, cutting and sewing leather makes my heart sing. Sewing bags can be straightforward or an interesting 3D inside out and backwards type of project. I have sewn hundreds of bags and every one teaches me something.
