Worker Bee Design has been a going concern since 1987 and Carolyn has been creating stained glass for almost 17-years when she decided to take her highly technical graphic-design career down the low-tech path of stained glass. When she, her husband and her two dogs moved to Oregon in 2018, Carolyn discovered the Saturday Market and she quickly found her new ” art family.” At that point she added her Felted Buddies and wrap bracelets to her product line for Worker Bee Design. Three disparate product types that let Carolyn explore texture and color and movement of art form in a way that digital expression never did for her in the past.
