At Wild Coast Brew, our goal is to make wonderfully tasting tea blends using as many ingredients as can be grown or foraged sustainably in our bio-region. Our farm is nestled on the western edge of the Coast Range mountains and we grow and forage a number of ingredients including: myrtle nuts, madrone bark, blackberry leaves, holy basil, lemon grass, ginger, hawthorn, gingko, and much much more.
Our tea blends feature a common story archetypes in the shape of animals from our Pacific Northwest region. These archetypes are lovingly illustrated by Eugene artist Ila Rose making our tea canisters special keepsakes, too pretty to throw away. True sustainability!
Wild Coast Brew’s entire farm operation is solar powered, our growing practices use permaculture techniques beyond organic, and we carefully forage only ingredients that can thrive with conscientious thinning. Items that we source from elsewhere are local if possible, and always organic.
